		Brenda
		Kahn DESTINATION ANYWHERE |
Shanachie Records release date: June 18, 1996 CD#: SHA 5708 Track 5 "Faith Salons" (Brenda Kahn/Jeff Buckley) 5:30 [lyrics] Jeff Buckley plays guitar and sings background vocals on "Faith Salons". Although Buckley is credited with co-writing "Faith Salons" on KING OF CAIRO, DESTINATION ANYWHERE says that words and music are written by Brenda Kahn. However, publishing for "Faith Salons" are copywritten 1994 through Being Cook, Administered & Co-published by Warner Tamerlane Publishing Corp. and Sony Songs, Inc./El Viejito Music BMI (which is Buckley's publishing). "Faith Salons" was recorded at Soundtrax, New York, NY. DESTINATION ANYWHERE is, for all practical purposes, the same CD that Chaos Records (Sony) originally intended to release in early 1995 (but didn't). "Faith Salons" doesn't seem to be the same exact version as appears on THE KING OF CAIRO. |
