EXKERMIT

This program is a version of kermit, the popular communications 
program, for the Osborne Executive.  It is actually taken from 
the generic kermit written in Turbo Pascal and modified 
specifically for the Osborne Executive.  I have taken the generic 
program, found in simtel20, and changed it as follows:

1)   For all input/output, I directly address the SIO, and do not 
use the I/O byte (cpm3 doesn't have one anyway).

2)   I added a 'break' signal.
